Welcome to my page. My name is Liviana Moeti and I reside on the West Rand of Johannesburg.
My love for the travel industry started in 1996. Planning and putting together my clients dream holiday, a romantic honeymoon, a child's fantasy family trip, a celebration getaway or just a well deserved quick weekend break, is a feeling I cannot put into words. Nothing is more satisfying than assisting my client tick off another destination from their bucket list year after year.
I've been apart of many travel companies over the years and even won an award for top consultant.
In 2016, I joined Travel Counsellors and embarked on this amazing journey, where I get to be apart of each clients experiences and adventures along the way.
My passion for travel, attention to detail and a “no challenge is too big” attitude, is what drives me and gets me excited with anticipation for your call.
I have had the opportunity of visiting India, Reunion, Mauritius, Australia, Las Vegas, Paris, Zanzibar, Namibia and Zimbabwe.

Liv is absolutely amazing. She was so patient with me. I'd go MIA for days whilst in our planning phase of the trip, but when I'd return she'd swiftly execute all changes or updates required. She went above and beyond with our trip. Even rescheduling tours if we overslept and missed an activity. I went to Turkey between the 6th and the 13th of December 2022 with my husband and my three teenagers . The booking of flights ,accommodation and tours were excellent, this took less than two months.
The hotel in Turkey was beautiful and the staff of Sultania hotel were very friendly and helpful.
Our tours were four but we managed to do only two due one was cancelled due to weather and the other was cancelled due to a lot of misunderstanding.
Our return transfer to the airport was disappointing, the supplier said they didn’t know us even after our travelling agent has spoken to them so we had to arrange our own transfer with the help of the hotel.
Our holiday was extremely great with the exception of the above challenges, I will recommend that people should book the tours when they have arrived in Turkey in order to avoid disappointments.

Liviana is so reliable, and makes planning a vacation stress free. She responds quickly to enquiries and adjustments. She thinks of all the things we may forget - COVID-19 travel tips, documents needed at passport control etc. which helps so much. She checks in to make sure everything is okay and having access to documents on the app makes travelling easy. On our last trip to Riu Palace Zanzibar, she arranged an amazing room and quick transfer, as well as a complimentary bottle of champagne for our anniversary. This is the second time I have made use of Liviana's services. On the first occasion she managed to arrange flights that I was completely unaware of which allowed us to make full use of the vacation time available to us. Dear Liviana
I would like to write about our experience with Liviana, as I believe she represents her company well. Firstly I am not a very technological person, and although we possess iphones etc, and have all these latest gadgets at our disposal, normally our kids use them more and know more about them. But the service delivery and the entire app set up was amazing and really made our lives and our stay and travel probably the best experience ever from day one. So simple, yet so effective. Guys if everything was as effective and easy as this, then I will travel more often. The stay and the venue was great, but the service has really been excellent and thanks to Liviana, I will always go through you!

Liviana is professional and a pleasure to deal with. I can be a little indecisive and usually request a good few quotes before reaching a decision. Most would find this a bit tedious, but she came back to me every time with no issues at all - and with all the patience in the world.

This is a BIG thank you to Liviana for the great job in arranging a rather complex travel booking for me.
You arranged a total of 14 flights, 4 international and 10 domestic flights, 3 vehicle rentals and one hotel stay (plus my Visa).
Travelling in the States can be challenging due to the vast distances but my flights and connections were well timed and I did not spend too much time waiting for connecting flights.
You were always available and responded to my emails and messages promptly. That gave me great comfort, especially when I was outside South Africa.
